From our founding in 1980, the Foundation has maintained a focus on early care and education, inspired by the belief that positive early experiences lay the foundation for future learning. Our work is the legacy of our founder, Dr. Marilyn (Mickey) Segal, who believes passionately that all children should be given a chance to reach their potential.
